If you have a return/exchange inquiry, please contact your wholesale representative directly before sending any merchandise back. Make sure you have your invoice number ready, including the style number of product in question.
- Report packing errors and defects within 7 business days of receipt of order.
- Defective garments may be returned for full credit or replacement.
- Inspect all garments upon receipt. Save all damaged boxes for inspection. No claim will be honored without damaged cartons.
- For non-defective merchandise we only accept immediate exchanges or credit towards next purchase. You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- All non-defective returns must be shipped at Buyer’s expense.
- We will not accept returns on discounted or closeout items under any circumstances.
- Altered garments are not returnable/exchangeable.
- Returns will not be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact your wholesale representative if you do not already have one.
